So thought I'd give some before pictures (tomorrow or the next day will be after pictures) of said, apartment from hades! If you zoom in you'll see how dirty the window sill is. If you zoom in on the bottom pick you can see all the marks on the wall. Oh, don't worry, as of this afternoon the drywall patch is in drying, and the window sill looks like new. Yep, it may be the apartment from hades, but I have some divine help....
